Hi! I’m Jacqualine and I am so glad you are here! I’m a Registered Dietitian and Board-Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management. I’m also someone who has grief as a passenger in my van.

I’ve spent my career helping people navigate complex relationships with food and their bodies. And I also understand what it means to live through seasons of grief, stress, and uncertainty—trying to function while feeling emotionally overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself.

What I’ve learned, both clinically and personally, is this: real change doesn’t happen through the “perfect plan.” It happens when your nervous system feels safe enough to let it happen.
